You can make your own Soba while relaxing in a calm atmosphere different from during the busy day. The Soba noodles that you make yourself with carefully selected Soba flour are exceptional! You can eat freshly made Soba with the owner's special noodle broth and you can take it home if you can’t eat all the Soba then.
